Do I need to manufacture the supplies I sell?

No. Manufacturers, distributors and established specialty retailers may apply. Products must be relevant to artists creating handcrafted work.

Is an IndieMe artist discount required?

No. A special offer is encouraged because it gives artists another reason to visit your store, but it is not required.

Can Etsy-based supply businesses participate?

Yes. Established Etsy supply shops may apply if they offer legitimate materials, components, tools or equipment used by professional artists.

Does IndieMe guarantee traffic or sales?

No. A listing provides year-round public visibility on IndieMe and within the IndieMe artist community, but traffic, inquiries and sales are not guaranteed.

Can I update my listing?

Yes. Suppliers may request reasonable updates to their description, links, images and IndieMe artist offer during the listing year.

How long does a listing remain active?

Listings remain active for one year from publication. Suppliers will be contacted before renewal at the regular annual rate.
